How does the process work?
You start with a 15-minute consultation where we get to know your career goals, preferred job titles, and resume. From there, our team applies on your behalf, sending tailored applications and tracking them in real-time.
Who’s actually applying for me?
Our trained application specialists, not bots, submit each application by hand using human judgment to match you with the best-fit roles.
Will my resume be updated?
Yes. We tweak your resume and ensure it’s optimized for ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) so it gets past automated filters and appeals to real recruiters.
Can I apply to more than one job title?
Absolutely. You can split your campaign into two job titles—250 applications each—or target one role with all 500+ applications. We’ll advise during your consultation.
How do I track my applications?
We give you access to a real-time application tracker. You’ll see job links, company names, roles, and status updates, so you’re always in the loop.
