Service Overview
ApplySonic provides human-assisted job application services, including but not limited to:
- Job application submission on behalf of clients
- Resume and cover letter optimization
- Campaign tracking and support
- Use of client-supplied or newly created email accounts for application purposes
We do not guarantee employment, interview offers, or employer responses.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including resume details, job preferences, and credentials
Create and supply a unique email address and password strictly for application purposes
Review and approve your resume and any edits before applications are submitted
Comply with all platform policies (e.g., Workday, Lever) where your applications are submitted
You are responsible for managing or deactivating any accounts created during the process once your campaign is complete.
Email & Account Credentials
ApplySonic requires access to a dedicated email address and password to complete job applications on your behalf.
By providing credentials, you:
Consent to our use of this email for the sole purpose of job applications
Understand that ApplySonic will not access, use, or share this email for unrelated purposes
Agree to change your password after the completion of your campaign to maintain your privacy and security
We encourage the use of newly created mailboxes for this reason.
Payment & Refund Policy
All payments must be made in advance of services rendered.
Due to the nature of our high-volume, custom labor-intensive process:
- All purchases are final and non-refundable once work begins
- Refunds will not be issued for missed interviews, lack of employer responses, or job market fluctuations
- If you cancel prior to the campaign starting, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case ba
No Guarantee of Results
ApplySonic does not guarantee employment or a specific number of interview callbacks. While we strive to maximize your visibility and opportunity, results vary based on industry, timing, and economic conditions.
We do, however, track your applications and share this data with you transparently.
Intellectual Property
All original content on the ApplySonic website, including logos, graphics, written content, and tools, is the property of ApplySonic and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
Client-submitted resumes and documents remain the property of the client.
Limitation of Liability
ApplySonic shall not be liable for:
• Loss of job opportunities
• Miscommunication with employers
• Platform outages or technical failures (e.g., on Workday, Lever, or others)
• Data breaches related to third-party platforms
We are not responsible for employer behavior, including ghosting, denial, or job ad inaccuracies.
Termination of Service
ApplySonic reserves the right to decline or discontinue services for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Abuse of the platform
• Misuse of communication tools
• Failure to provide needed information
• Breach of these Terms
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas].
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of ApplySonic services after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
